FADE IN:

EXT. EXPENSIVE PRIVATE ACADEMY IN REMOTE LOCATION — MORNING

There is a hustle and bustle in the courtyard as students clamor to their classes.

CUT TO:

INT. VIGILANCES CLASSROOM — DAY

Vigilance GIRL, 14 and two blissful friends enter their classroom. The bell rings and they finish conversing as they take their seats. Class begins as usual.

CUT TO:

EXT. CAFETERIA LOADING DOCK – DAY

Four white extended windowless vans pull up fast and screech to a halt. A DRIVER, MAN 30’s with a clipboard gets out and strolls inside a service entrance.

CUT TO:

INT. VIGILANCES CLASSROOM — DAY

Vigilance suddenly looks very sick.

BEST FRIEND #1

Vigilance… you don’t look so good!

BEST FRIEND #2

Ya V, are you OK?

VIGILANCE

I don’t… Ya… Ya I’m OK… I think… Um

Vigilance looks up and sees DRIVER holding a gun to her face. She leaps out of her seat and SCREAMS. She sees the Professor standing there looking very confused.

PROFESSOR

Vigilance!?

Vigilance looks around and finds that everyone is staring at her.

VIGILANCE

Yes professor?

PROFESSOR

Something you’d like to add?

VIGILANCE

(Feels dizzy)

No, Sir I’m…

Sorry…

CUT TO:

INT. INSIDE REAR KITCHEN — DAY

A large staff is in the hurried process of making lunch. A KITCHEN SUPERVISOR approaches the DRIVER who is standing there holding out a clip board and pen.

KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

(Friendly)

What did you guys forget today?

The Supervisor looks confused as he’s grabbing the clip board and pen out of the smiling Driver’s gloved hands and noticing the many tattoos on his arms and neck.

DRIVER pulls out a silenced pistol shoots him in the forehead then guns everyone down with pinpoint accuracy until he runs out of rounds.

One blood spattered WOMAN, 50 is left crouched down on the floor begging for her life in Spanish. He ejects his 30 round clip and reloads.

CUT TO:

EXT. REAR LOADING DOCK — CONT

DRIVER—VO

All clear…

Several heavily tattooed well armed and obviously well trained MEN dressed like “Soldiers of Satan” BIKERS start piling out of all four vans at the same time.

One of them is BIKER LEADER, MAN early 30’s Gigantic, who gives the DRIVER an affirmative over their intercom link. The men pile through the service door carrying gear in black duffel bags. The service door SLAMS shut behind them.

BIKER LEADER — VO

Seal all the exits, no one survives!

EXPLOSIONS, AUTOMATIC GUNFIRE, and the sounds of hundreds of SCREAMING children ensue.

CUT TO:

INT. VIGILANCES MOTEL ROOM – NIGHT

It’s dark in this very Spartan looking motel room. Vigilance awakens screaming from her nightmare five years older with deep scars on her neck and chest. She has trouble breathing at first but catches her breath and jumps out of bed.

CUT TO:

EXT. SEEDY LOOKING BIKER BAR – NIGHT

LOUD MUSIC and the sounds of partying are heard from inside the SOLDIERS OF SATAN members only bar. There are several rows of Harley motorcycles out front.

CUT TO:

INT. MAIN BAR ROOM – NIGHT

BIKERS of various ages fill the room, sitting at wooden tables with an old fashioned juke box playing very loud MUSIC. The room is smoky and the odor of weed fills the air. They are drinking whiskey, popping pills, and snorting lines of coke right and left.

 CUT TO:

INT. UP AT THE BAR — CONTINUOUS

BIKER LEADER LATE 30′s is standing at the bar having the heated discussion with MOBSTER #1, MAN age 60, balding and fat but obviously still formidable and very intimidating. BIKER LEADER is on the left of the screen and the BARTENDER is sitting on a stool on the right.

BIKER LEADER is at least 7′ tall with a full and hard muscled body. He’s wearing a worn black leather vest that shows off his tan chest arms and six-pack and is holding a wooden bat in his left hand. He wears the colors and various symbols of the Soldiers of Satan.

They are both being served shots of expensive whiskey by YOUNG BARTENDER, MID 20′s who obviously doesn’t want to be there.

MOBSTER #1 slams his ring laden hand down onto the bar knocking the bottle out of the young bartender’s hand spilling it all over. Mobster#1 stands up on the bottom rung of his stool in an attempt to get into the BIKER LEADERS face which at Mobster#1′s actual height would be at about chest level.

MOBSTER #1

(Calm and eye to eye)

Look you fuck!!

I don’t care who the fuck you guys are I get

eighty fuckin percent!

Angry BIKER LEADER stands there looking as though he’s about to crush something.

MOBSTER #1

TRY IT!!

(Nose to nose close up)

As if something out of the corner of his eye is bothering them MOBSTER #1 and BIKER LEADER focus their eyes on YOUNG BARTENDER. Vigilance stands in Young Bartender’s place covered in black spandex with ultra thin bullet proof Kevlar plating. A black mask covers her head and face.

MOBSTER #1 — CONT

What the f-?

Vigilance shoves an ornate jewel encrusted dagger to the hilt into Mobster#1′s wrist nailing his arm to the bar.

MOBSTER #1

(In extreme pain)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!

VIGILANCE

(To the screaming MOBSTER #1)

Take a break.

After being stunned for a brief second, BIKER LEADER reaches with his free hand for his sidearm. A custom made fully automatic 45 with a 60 round clip. Looking down at his side holster he finds it missing.

BIKER LEADER

What the f-?

VIGILANCE

Looking for this?

Biker Leader finds Vigilance holding his weapon to his cheek.

BIKER LEADER

Shit…

As BIKER LEADER drops down barely out of the way of the bullets Vigilance uses his gun to blow away all of the rest of the BIKERS who almost had enough time to go for THEIR weapons.

Broken glass shards of wood and dead biker friends fall all around him. Blood spattered and covered in glass Biker Leader is enraged. When he hears the ping of his empty clip he rises up taking a swing at Vigilance with his bat. Since she is no longer there it breaks harmlessly over the back of the bar.

Biker Leader sees only his empty smoking gun laying on the bar. Sweaty and fearful he pears all around the room and sees no sign of Vigilance.

BIKER LEADER

Who the fuck, are you!!

Hearing a soft noise behind him he whips around just in time to get his right knee shattered by a well placed kick from Vigilance.

Biker Leader falls down hard on his good knee. Vigilance kicks him again breaking a clavicle bone. Biker Leader slumps in on himself .Vigilance grabs the bat handle out of his hand and shoves it through his neck. She walks away as he topples over on his face. The ground shakes as he hits.

CUT TO:

INT. BEHIND BAR — CONTINUOUS

The smoke filled room now has broken tables/chairs, broken glass, and bloody bodies all over the place. MOBSTER #1 tries hard to pull the dagger out of his arm to no avail. Vigilance grabs a sawed off shot gun from under the bar.

MOBSTER #1 intently stares as she stands to face him. Hurting badly he eyeballs her defiantly waiting for death. Vigilance rips off her mask exposing the fact that she’s a young WOMAN, 19.

MOBSTER #1

You….

(Laughs)

YOU!

(Laughs some more and sighs)

You got some kinda fuckin balls comin up in my place of business and doin this shit to me… ME!

(He looks around and gives her a brief look of admiration)

You’re dead you fuckin hear me!

Vigilance kicks him hard in the balls sending him down on one knee his arm still firmly pinned to the bar. It’s quite clear that it hurt him badly.

MOBSTER #1 coughs from all the pain for a second then just smiles. V hits him hard in the face with the butt of the shotgun. MOBSTER #1 simply wipes blood from his lip and licks it off his fingers.

VIGILANCE takes a few steps back and FIRES both barrels. Mobster#1 ducks as the blast goes over his head RIPPING into the whiskey bottles lining the back wall. Alcohol from the exploding bottles rains down.

Vigilance tosses the gun on the floor just out of his reach and exits the smoky and smoldering bar through the front door.

(Vigilance Exits)

CUT TO:

EXT. PARKING LOT — CONTINUOUS

Vigilance strolls out of the bar as MOBSTER #1 is heard SCREAMING at her from inside.

CUT TO:

INT. MAIN BAR ROOM — CONTINUOUS

MOBSTER #1

(Yelling)

Where the fuck YOU goin!?

He tries again to loosen the knife in his arm but it is still as solid as ever. He’s in a lot of pain.

MOBSTER #1 — CONT

Ahhhh… shhhit!!

(Still yelling at Vigilance)

You might as well come back here and shoot yourself in the fuckin head bitch! There’s nowhere for you to run now! We’ll find you you fuckin hear me? We’ll fuckin find you!!!

He tries taking his cell phone out of his pocket but has a hard time.

CUT TO:

EXT. PARKING LOT – CONTINUOUS

Three more BIKERS, on HARLEY MOTORCYCLES, ride into the parking lot and stop in their tracks.  Seeing the smoke, BIKER #3 motions to BIKER #1 and BIKER #2. Spinning their tires they pull out spiked chains and ride off towards Vigilance, now standing in the middle of a lot full of glistening Bikes.

VIGILANCE quickly pulls out a long knife and heads for the Bikers as they ride towards her. As they bare down on her at the very last moment she jumps up twisting into a back flip and SLICES the head off BIKER #2.

Vigilance lands on her feet spins around and throws a small dagger which sticks in the back of BIKER #1. Harley and drivers HIT an old RUSTY TRUCK and EXPLODE. The bodies fly over the truck head first and hit the ground like a ton of bricks.

Vigilance turns to BIKER #3 who is still parked at the entrance. Angered he revs his engine, pulls out a GUN, and rides on firing as fast as he can. Vigilance stands there unconcerned as bullets ricochet all around her.

As BIKER #3 is about to run Vigilance down his motorcycle is hit by a ricocheting bullet and he veers off, barely missing her. Unable to stop BIKER#3 SLAMS hard into the front of the bar.

CUT TO:

INT. MAIN BAR ROOM — CONTINUOUS

The bike rips through the wall and bursts into flames. The fire quickly makes its way toward MOBSTER #1 who is finally able to make his call. He has a pretty smug look on his face until he’s instantly engulfed in flames.

CUT TO:

EXT. PARKING LOT – CONTINUOUS

MOBSTER #1′s brief gargling screams succumb to the sound of flames.  VIGILANCE strolls along as the bar violently EXPLODES behind her. She  mounts one of the cycles and rides off into the night.

CUT TO:

INT. THE SENATE FLOOR – NIGHT

Everyone is getting ready to leave for a session break.

SENATOR WELLINGTON

Vice President Drake? I certainly didn’t expect to see you with a smile on your face after the conversation we had yesterday!

DRAKE

I’m hoping you had time to reconsider my rather generous offer.

SENATOR WELLINGTON

“Go fuck yourself!” isn’t that where you left off?

Look, there’s nothing to reconsider Richard I’ve already made up my mind.

DRAKE

Paul, out of respect for your long and distinguished service to this country I’m going to cut the bullshit. If you don’t get on the band wagon there will be serious repercussions for you.

SENATOR WELLINGTON

Let’s not pretend like you’re some kind of a god damn patriot here Richard I’m well aware of how you got into office!

Since we ARE cutting the bullshit, I know you’ve been spying on me and my family so we both know you don’t have a damn thing on me.

Now show me the evidence I asked for and I won’t have anything else to say about it. Otherwise I would hate to be you when I get back.

DRAKE

(Suddenly calm and friendly)

You’re right Paul, I misjudged you and I’m sorry.

SENATOR WELLINGTON

(Surprised)

No I’m sorry; I thought this was THE Richard Drake I was talking to, the one who NEVER apologizes for anything.

DRAKE

Look we had to check you out first this is some highly classified information we’re talking about.

You have to have the proper clearances and that always takes time and vetting. I’m sure you understand?

SENATOR WELLINGTON

(Confused)

Well, yes I suppose I do.

DRAKE

I’ll get everything you need and meet with you personally when you get back. Fair enough?

SENATOR WELLINGTON

From what I understand, it would be in your best interests to do so.

DRAKE

(Holding back his anger)

Yes well we have to start working together on this. Our very way of life depends on it after all.

SENATOR WELLINGTON

It most certainly does. I have to say I’m glad to hear you finally sounding reasonable. I seriously had my doubts that you ever would.

I’ll see you in your office when I get back from the break then?

DRAKE

Indeed, I look forward to it.

SENATOR WELLINGTON

You look forward to it? I guess you’re just full of surprises today!

DRAKE

(He looks evil and conniving)

Yes well I suppose I am.

Good bye Paul. Have a nice flight home.

SENATOR WELLINGTON

Thank you Richard, I will.

As Drake walks away from Wellington he pulls out his cell phone and speaks to his operator.

DRAKE

Get me Joint Special Operations Command on a secure line.

OPERATOR

Yes sir Mr. Vice President

A click, click is heard from the receiver as the line is switched over to TANYA the new head of JSOC.

TANYA

Yes?

DRAKE

Is everything in place?

TANYA

Yes sir Mr. Vice President.

DRAKE

Good, the package is on its way.

TANYA

Affirmative…

Drake hangs up the phone and smiles with an evil grin. Dramatic MUSIC

CUT TO:

EXT. BIKER BAR CRIME SCENE — DAY

A black Crown Victoria is seen driving slowly up a hot deserted two lane highway. It pulls into an empty parking lot within view of the “Soldiers of Satan” BIKER BAR which is now nothing but a smoldering pile of rubble surrounded by rows of charred motorcycle frames.

Local crime scene investigators are sifting through the rubble and the coroner is busy examining several charred bodies lined up on the ground.

The county SHERIFF, an overweight MAN early 50’s and a SHERIFFS DEPUTY a stout man 30′s are standing by the deputy’s open car door. The Sheriff is talking on his cell phone as the Crown Victoria comes to a grinding stop which blankets the Sheriff in a thick cloud of dust.

An imposing AGENT BAZANT, MAN early 40’s who wears expensive black sunglasses and a black suit and tie, and his partner Man 30′s get out of the car and approach. Bazant’s partner heads past the Sheriff towards the steaming pile that was the bar without saying a word.

Annoyed the sheriff speaks to whoever is on the phone.

 SHERIFF

I’m going to have to call you back.

Staring intently at Agent Bazant the sheriff hangs up and slips his phone in his shirt pocket.

SHERIFF — CONT

Who the hell are you?

Agent Bazant brandishes his credentials.

AGENT BAZANT

  Special Agent Bazant, Department of Homeland Security.

SHERIFF

DHS? This is a local matter, who the hell called you guys?

 AGENT BAZANT

Who called us is none of your concern, Sheriff.

 We’ll take it from here.

 SHERIFF

 Like HELL, this is MY jurisdiction out here!

Without hesitating Agent Bazant pulls out his sidearm and shoots the Sheriff in the face. The Sheriff falls to the ground dead. Calmly Bazant points his gun at the SHERIFF’S DEPUTY.

AGENT BAZANT

 What about you… Sheriff?

Is this YOUR jurisdiction, out here?

The SHERIFFS DEPUTY looks at the dead Sheriff on the ground and states adamantly.

SHERIFFS DEPUTY

No sir!

AGENT BAZANT seems annoyed that he hasn’t left already.

AGENT BAZANT

As I was saying, we’ll take it from here.

The “new” Sheriff quickly gets in his car and leaves as fast as he possibly can. His tires spit out a heavy stream of dust as he flees.  A thick cloud of dust from his hasty retreat floats in the direction of the crime scene as AGENT BAZANT’S PARTNER re-appears with an EVIDENCE BAG.

AGENT BAZANT’S PARTNER holds up the bag marked evidence containing a charred jewel encrusted dagger. AGENT BAZANT becomes infuriated.

AGENT BAZANT’S PARTNER — CONT

 That’s not all…

He holds out a second evidence bag which contains Mobster#1′s RING … In a close-up it is shown to have a distinct skull and bones insignia. AGENT BAZANT takes the evidence bag from his partner and looks at it closely.

AGENT BAZANT

Better call Drake ….

 Slow dramatic close up on an angry Bazant to MUSIC.
